Comfortable room close to the airport
✓ My flight was cancelled and had to call the BA office in Spain. The Staff person was very helpful and patient. Free airport shuttle was efficient and the driver was helped with luggage.

✗ My breakfast was included, but because I had to leave before 6.00am I missed it. However, there was an area with different buns and biscuits, coffee, tea and juices to help yourself.

Satisfactory stay and well maintained Hotel.
✓ We arrived at 12:45 am and there was a shuttle service till 1:15 am. we found our shuttle arrive at 1 am. the hotel was good, new look, new fragrance and overall looked new. we were there for 5 hours and then had to leave to catch a connection. overall good experience.

✓ My luggage didn't arrive and the hotel reception provided me with an overnight kit. I also used the hotel shuttle to get to from the hotel to the airport. It was very easy. Pillows were very comfortable.

Dear guest, Hotel shuttles aren't allowed to enter the Cruise Port area to pick up passengeres, only to drop off them. To get the hotel from the port you should take a taxi. The Shuttle from the Hotel to the airport is included in your room rate.
