✓ everything was perfect, clean, and comfortable in the property. reception guys and shuttle driver are responsible, respectful and polite.
✗ no house keeper during my stay, the beach wasn’t expected but okay!
✓ Receptionist Hanna😏
✗ Shower and absence of people
✓ The hotel staff were friendly The manager was so nice and made sure to do everything to make he feel happy The place is huge or a little village so I can request a driver any time to take me to my hotel and he was so nice Mohammed the activity never was so nice It is a bit far from naama But but I made the mistake of trusting outsiders to get me about. Don't do what I do. Ask the hotel receptionist for all advice including taxi and you won't get scammed
✗ Toilets but I is like that everywhere in Egypt so I can't fault them, just not EU standard
✓ great staff.
✓ Amazing view from my chalet terrace Help to relax Highly recommend for people who want quite place and relax Chalet was very clean Staff helpful all the time They sent me fruit basket although I stayed 2 nights only Thanks
✓ The only good thing about the place was that the staff seemed nice and to genuinely care. They seemed if anything quite overwhelmed (I think they received a lot of complaints and were put in a very difficult situation).
✗ The room wasn't ready when I arrived (around 7pm). The place itself is an only half-completed vacation rental mini-city - half the buildings weren't even finished and it had a ghost town feeling to it. My flat was about a 15-minute walk to the area where reception, the restaurant and market were without any quick way of getting there other than by foot. I felt like I was the only occupant of my building, and my flat wasn't comfortable or clean, it felt like a cheaply done new construction, even some of the protective plastic was still on the windows. Dirty, remote, yellow water from the taps, blocked sinks. There was no hot water. I spent as little time in there as possible, touching as little as possible. And the fact that I paid close to $1,600 for 4 nights for this is absolutely outrageous - conference or no conference. Management of the hotel needs to acknowledge and be held accountable for the absolutely atrocious conditions of the place. Hands down worst experience (and worst value for money). I held off on writing this review to see if management would respond to my complaint and give them a chance to take responsibility, but as they haven't, here's the full truth. Stay at your own risk.
✓ nice clean newly refurbished unit.
✗ I had a car, so wasn’t an issue, but it is a fairly big resort to get around if you don’t have transport.
