One of the better stays in magaluf
✓ The rooms where nicely designed and smelled lovely. I enjoyed the entertainment and the breakfast.
✗ All inclusive wasn't all inclusive. You even had to pay for water which I thought was ridiculous. All inclusive should involve being able to get a drink of juice when your thirsty.

✓ Very nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I really enjoyed animation activities. Each evening was different. I enjoyed acrobatic, dance shows and live music. The location was great. Just two minutes from bus stop and five minutes from wonderful beach "Magaluf".
✗ The food wasn't the best. Churros and ice cream were not of good quality. I booked breakfast & lunch & dinner and for lunch and dinner only water was served. Juices or coffee only if you have all inclusive.

✓ Food was good. Pool is decent bit as usual people do not get washed before jumping the pool.
✗ Wifi on the 7th floor was poor. Facilities in terms of entertainment was poor.

✓ All the settings, the pool and the gym were very functional, the room very clean and wit an amazing view

✓ Room was all we were looking for. Breakfast was perfect in the morning handy location. Pool and staff really good.
✗ Not a lot was cheap and did the job. View from balcony not great but we weren't really in the room. Only downside would be to state a passport is needed to check in cause we came across from cala millor and weren't told this so had to go back and get them.

Hello, the day pass with all inclusive is 45 €, the day spa with exterior pool is 15 € and the spa is 15 € per 90 min. We close the hotel on 31 of october.
