Quite good in general.
✓ The changes that the hotel has made are quite welcome.  We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend the hotel to anyone. The Only problem was the car park which was not enough for all the cars that were there so in the high season you have to expect that you will find no space to park your car. There was plenty to eat for breakfast  and it was appetising with the exception of the pancakes, which my daughter found less than delicious.
✗ The cards that were handed by the staff did not work sometimes, especially to open in the car park barrier.

✓ The apartment was big and spacious. Bed was comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space. Shower in our room was great. Beautiful balcony to relax in. Pool area and pool bar were really good. Staff there were amazing, entertainer by pool area was lovely and made sure to include everyone. He always said hello and he was so funny doing aquagym and water polo. The lifeguard was also very nice. Food at property was also good. Buses right outside hotel to take you Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Malaga etc. Hotel was good value for money. Lovely supermarket only 10 minutes walk away too.
✗ It could be painted and updated. Not enough hangers for clothes to be hung up in wardrobe. Some areas of the apartment could be cleaned a little better ie top of fridge was very dusty.

Enjoyable and relaxing
✓ We didn't eat there. We are happy with the location but it us quite far from the marina. 1 hour walk approximately.
✗ Nothing. We would like to give a special mention to Nora the receptionist as she was very helpful and friendly.

Great base for a nearby wedding.
✓ Spacious room, friendly staff especially the lady in the breakfast room. Good selections at breakfast. Lovely views along coast and across the bay. Pool was lovely. Nice bar. Microwave and fridge in room. Mini supermarket on site.
✗ Many schools and groups use this hotel so it could be very noisy til midnight with kids running around. Location was good for us as going to a wedding nearby but there's not much else nearby. Best beaches are a bus ride away. Local buses are frequent and cheap though. We weren't able to get a late check-out although info sheet implied this would be available on request. No chairs or mirror in room.
