✓ Keys not available on pick up. Main bedroom - bed not made with no linen or towels provided on arrival 2nd bedroom- dirty linen with hair and blood stains on sheets. Disappointing 😞

Location was perfect, however, internal apartment facilities need upgrading.

✗ Internal facilities were disappointing. Advertised as "premium", however, there were many items that should have been included, like more than one bread board and missing saucepan lids, that made the holiday just not quite as we would have liked.

Very good

✓ Location is great, quieter than the busy Nelson Bay, very family orientated and space to move around, even during peak season. The pool area is great for kids with the sandy lagoon area but you still have the larger pool for swimming. Apartment was very nice, a little dated but had everything, cooked a couple of times , you will need to take food supplies including salt, pepper, oil etc, nothing supplied. Great terrace set back but overlooking the pool, very relaxing. Cafes and restaurants are close by, walking distance to most and the walk along the Myall River is very pretty. Tea Gardens pub is great for pub food and much larger than you think it is.
