"Great overnight stop in between mainland and Bocas
✓ Very friendly staff who helped with WhatsApp immediate responses. Very secure and locked up our vehicle while we travelled by water taxi to bocas. She also organized best deals for water taxi with return (unit is also close to ferry) and reliable and safe transport to and from the water taxi. Good restaurant two blocks away. WiFi was ok. Unit was large with a lot of size in yard, patio, kitchen, and rooms.
✗ Would have been nice to have AC but multiple fans are provided.

✓ I left some valuables in David by getting here. It was a panic moment and the host directly helped me. The next morning she arranged everything that my belongings are send to Almirante and from there with a water taxi to Bocas. Unbelievable how friendly this is from here. She is a lady who takes care of here guests. Very thankful to book with her!

✓ Friendly staff and comfortable apartment. I was stranded in Almirante because of political protests and she allowed me to check in early. She was very accommodating and also very helpful. Gia also spoke excellent English. I also felt it was secure in a port town where security is not good

✗ EVERYTHING!! This is a run down dilapidated property so bad we could not stay there. We arrived knowing Almirante is not a good place to stay but wanted to take our time and see the town anyway. My wife wouldn't even get out of the car. The room was as shabby as anything I have ever seen. We left and found accommodations elsewhere. This should not be listed except for emergency shelter, which the hostess said it was when I spoke to her. She also said she had no intention of running it as a hotel.
