It's an appartment but not in an appartment block, it's a free standing house in a calm street. Bathroom is luxurious, kitchen has everything it needs (except a citrus press haha) and there's even a laundry washing machine, next to a fridge/freezer. Every room has central heating and it really matters during colder days. There's a bit space to sit outside at the door also, when it might be hotter. The place is being taken care of with love by two adorable women (piano teachers) and it shows in many details, there are many simple attributes present (like a bottle opener, tooth paste, soap, towels, toilet paper, cleaning gear) that make life easier. If you're into the piano beware, it's badly out of tune. The bed is a convertible couch but I found it comfortable. Maybe a bit tight for two people.
