Comfortable but still some improvement needed on client attention.
✓ Clean. Modern. Comfortable.
✗ No Wi-Fi in the 2 rooms I had. Zero signal. Hotel did not reply properly to the communications before arrival - answering machine and auto replies to emails. Gym was extra pay. No flexibility to enter the gym 30min before … they would only open at 08:30. Breakfast area was small. Fully packed.

Perfect for local Getafe business, friendly staff and easy parking
✓ Underground parking is always simple, staff constantly very friendly!
✗ Room had a lingering smell of cigarettes but dissipated quickly, not the hotels fault for this. Beds were a little too firm, but not totally uncomfortable.

Los mayores de 12 años se consideran adultos por lo que tienen que coger dos habitaciones. No hay habitaciones conectadas, pueden ser contiguas. Toda la informacion la tiene en el apartado "detalles" y "a tener en cuenta" de la web de booking
