✓ The Spa, the pool, and the tranquility of the place
✗ The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were of very bad quality. Definitely not matching a 5 stars hotel. Also, the food for breakfast was poor.

✓ The hotel was impressive and immaculate , the staff were impersonal and not give star more 3 star. The mattresses were to firm and uncomfortable . Five star appearance but shadowed by 3 star service .

Superb in every way !, setting, quality, staff all immaculate
✓ Absolutely everything.....one of the very best 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in....was there for 2 nights for business in the area.....chose to add an extra night for leisure as it was that good! Congratulations to the team there 👏 🙌

✓ it had everything that a 5star should have . the bar food was so good we didn’t use the restaurant.
✗ the beds are so hard , it seems to be a thing in Spain . pillow selection would be nice in room instead of asking for softer pillow.

✓ Serene surroundings in the mountains above Almeria give a sense of exclusivity and privacy. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Great outdoor pool and good breakfast.
✗ It misses a lot to deserve the 5-star hotel status. Standard double rooms with mountain view are actually twin rooms, with no option for a double bed. Toiletries only include shampoo & soap. There are no extra pillows. Prepaid dinner was below expectations, with a very limited set menu to choose from and poor execution. I felt we were being frowned upon for being relatively young (mid-30's) and casually dressed. Breakfast could have some fresh vegetables.

INDORR POOL IS OPEN OVER THE WINTERM & DINNER CAN BE MENU O BUUFET PENDING HOW MANY GUEST FOR DINNER WE HAVE. FOOD QUALTY AT THE BUFFET FOR NOT MANY PEOPLE IS NOT GOOD
