✓ So this hotel has the ultimate in new tech And it’s great but they skipped a lot Like beds they lied on their photos there’s no pool you have to pay 50$ to access it and booking ..com says they didn’t know and the owner told me he had told booking ..com s lot to fix it Also there were s lot of men w/out shirts and lots of young kids It freaked me out and I mentioned it to the police The rooms aren’t sound proof bc you could hear sex and someone in pain plus snoring There are free kids games if you are an adult and amazing tech in the bathroom like a Voto Japanese toilet

I record of the payment and made everyone supply their card or go get cash - this was dodgy I showed my records and asked him to speak with booking .com and he refused .. then I was let in with a 20$ deposit cash, which I had to argue in Spanish for back in the am… they wanted to mail it I paid 50$ a night but the hassle wasn’t worth it

I would not recommend this property to even my enemies.

✗ Hotel is like a rabbit hole. Staff is rude, unfriendly, unhelpful with the exception of Deniella.

This has been an amazing stay here. Clean and tidy capsules/rooms, the staff behavior (Abdul).

✓ Like its name, the futuristic sense and amenities. The moment you enter you capsule, you feel like in a whole different world.

✗ The cooling inside the capsules can be further improved.

✓ First night was good. Bathroom facilities are fantastic.

✗ Second night someone came in late waking people up. Caused disturbance for too long. Another couple then got frustrated with the noise and argued with one threatening to leave. Not a lot of sleep had.
