✗ Not very clean upon arrival. Need to be reminded by booking co there are NO towels, no toilet paper and NO SHEETS! One week after leaving the property, I received an email “reminder” from Novasol (the managing agents), with a note that “payment of an extra €159 is now overdue”. To clarify, this is the FIRST TIME I have been notified of this alleged debt - as such, it cannot be a “reminder” nor is it “overdue”. The fact is, this has never been communicated to me in the first instance. This unprofessional company needs to modify its methodology for communication of these items, moving forward. Additionally, there is NO EXPLANATION as to what the sum of €159.00 represents. How can an organisation expect customers simply to pay an additional amount that is presented to them as a debt, without a proper breakdown of what the amount is for? As such, I have asked them to correspond promptly with a FULL BREAKDOWN of the costs they allege to have been incurred, together with clarification as to the start and end readings of these charges from our stay. Only then will I be able to make an assessment of the validity or otherwise of their assertion. If this represents electricity used during our stay, their charges are utterly astronomical. No heating nor cooking was used, minimal lighting and only occasional showers by two people. NOT RECOMMENDED. A SCAM.
