Amazing property, split over two levels. Incredible views from the beautiful lounge/kitchen/dining room. Really cool and classy design and features. Good location in Dilijan, just a short walk from the center.

It's a new property, so there is still a lot of work to be done. Areas to improve include: 1. Make the check-in process clearer - communicate who will meet the guests and how, provide contact details. 2. Provide a sheet of paper in the house or send a message in advance of arrival with basic details about the property - Wi-Fi password, how to turn off the heating, where to throw out the rubbish (I was asked by the two cleaners to empty all the bins myself when we were just about to leave), recommended cafes, nearest shops, attractions, etc. 3. Finish building works. Remove wires hanging from the ceiling and walls, fill in the holes, properly seal the open brickwork, fill in the large gaps under the front and side doors. 4. Deal with the ant problem. Due to the large gaps under the doors, there was a constant stream of ants coming in through the doors. These were in the kitchen, bedrooms, halls, bathrooms. And then in suitcases, beds, up the curtains. The host said they will look once we check out, so perhaps this will be resolved in future. Still it was very unpleasant to live with, particularly with a young baby when there are ants crawling all over the sofa. The ants also seem to live in the unsealed exposed brickwork. 5. Explain the parking situation. It is difficult (but possible) to park in front of the property. It could easily be improved by making a smoother edge (less sharp corner) to drive up. 6. Provide some bottles of drinking water for guests. All in all, it is a great property with huge potential. Just need to actually make it fit for guests to stay in and iron out the most basic elements of hospitality.

Hello Dears , we have bathroom on the first floor , and one bedroom and kitchen , on the second floor we have 3 bedrooms and one bathroom
