Fabulous, the what's app group was suburb and amazing

✗ They don't accept card payments all done in cash. The restaurant menu need more dishes especially local and seafood ones

✓ The overall food tast and quality is good. The staff were very friendly and smiley. In terms of communication with the hotel for services, the resort is utilizing a special way of communication where they create a Whatspp group for the guest with the resort employees and management. The experience of using this was great and the facility responded timely to all my request. The staff are very friendly. The Villa, in terms of space and size, is excellent, two floors, two bathrooms and two showers. The furniture is great, facility is well secured.

✗ No card payment at the resort, only cash policy. The food menue has limited choices and prices are high The entry road to the resort is very narrow (one way width, it is used for two ways entry and exit & include a lot of ups and downs). Couple of times the electricity goes off, but it didn’t takes that much of time to be back). The water quality is not good as expected, it is very salty.

Dream villa!

✓ The breakfast was really good, it came with the juice of the day and fresh fruit. There was some good breakfast choices and the view was nice.

✗ What’s app was a good way to communicate but I think there should also be a 24-hr member on property incase of anything. I think more light needs to be added around the back and sides between the villa for safety at night. I think the villa could have more amenities and beach activities and it would be PERFECT but the villa was awesome. It’s a little bit far from some things but it’s ok. The staff were friendly and nice too!

✓ We had an absolutely wonderful time at Natural Park Villas! It is located right next to the ocean & we had the most beautiful view to wake up to. Our Villa was thoughtfully designed and clean - we also had the option to cook for ourselves, in the well equipped kitchen, or order something to eat from the onsite restaurant (The pizza was great!). We spent many hours in the warm private pool and also took a few dips in the larger communal pools. We took a couple of day trips to Paje & visited a few restaurants up the beach - all within 5 min walking distance to 15 minutes driving distance. Jack and the team were extremely helpful and responsive, any questions that came up were quickly answered and issues promptly solved. The bar staff were very attentive and helpful. A special shout-out to Mussa at the bar for his kindness (& of course Mish Mish the cat who kept our toddler very busy.) We will definitely visit again.

✗ About an hour plus away from the airport & quite a way away from Stone town - worth noting if you are flying in, or were hoping to visit there often or if you are travelling with a car averse toddler like we were.
