✓ the staff were very friendly and it was in a good location. This is an all inclusive family resort and not where I would usually choose to stay however booked this as I had a wedding close by.
✗ It wasn’t very clean. On arrival, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned from the last guests checking out. I told reception and they had someone come and clean the room immediately which was good. It is extremely noisy, you can hear your neighbours flushing the toilet and lots of noise in the corridor. The Playa de Muro area is very touristy and I would not choose to stay in the area again.

Fantastic hotel; fanatic location; fantastic staff!
✓ I didn’t realise that the rooms were essentially self-contained flats with a living room and a separate bedroom. As a result there was loads of space!

Hello, No, this only affects to other problematic areas of Mallorca. Our all inclusive meal plan it is not limited. Kind regards,

This law has been applied in problem drinking areas, but our hotels are not on these areas, so they are not affected by this. Our hotels are already open and there have been no problems regarding the drinks included in the all-inclusive package.
