Most unpleasant experience ever. Rude manager. Unprofessional. Overbooking of hotel.

✓ I really liked that the "Manager" stranded me and my father in the street in the middle of the night. We were travelling from Delhi to Varanasi. I called him in the afternoon to confirm our arrival at 11 pm. He said that's okay. So our flight arrives in Varanasi, we go in front of the hotel and call the "Manager" who only managed to leave us in the street not giving us our own room that we booked weeks ago. Also, I really liked that we got to roam the lonely and unknown streets of Varanasi in the dead of the night. The most loving part of this trip was the uncertainty when we roamed half of the city when every hotel owner declined the last-minute lodgings. So yeah, thanks a million Sawaria "Guest House" for giving us a well-deserved welcome in the city of Thievings.

✗ Dear manager, for the sake of your future guests, from whom I'll happily opt out, I would sincerely ask you to treat them better than the way you did us. Don't promise them rooms and take them away to make sure that you leave them easy prey to criminals and unwelcoming hotel owners. The list goes on but I leave our list of dislikes to your imagination.
