Great riad in Fez
✓ The interier was beautiful, location was perfect, close to everything on a busy street, but still the hotel was very calm..staff very friendly, good breakfast, heating worked well in the room.
✗ The wifi was working well downstairs, but unfortunately we were staying on the top floor and the wifi was not working there at all.

✓ Great location in the Medina. The rooftop views were beautiful!
✗ Unclear payment policy. We left at 8 am, assuming they would charge the card on file. But then we were asked to send a bank transfer instead, which was a hassle.

✓ Staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was pretty good. The room was very clean and bed was comfy.
✗ The location was not easy to find, I called the staff since I could not find it, he came to the blue gate immediately to pick me up. Thumbs up!
