✓ - good location - long beautiful beach - bathroom and perfect bath cosmetics - very comfortable bed - fast transfer to airport - helpful personnel
✗ - really huge territory: lots of people, always crowdy in the hall, check-in takes time - sometimes long to wait the baggy - restaurants should be booked in advance

✓ Cleanliness of the rooms, hotel staff and attention to details meeting everything even I didn't think of. Superb and excellent, value for money
✗ Check in time can be improved slightly. Taking a bit longer and making the reception area look packed especially when you have multiple guests arriving at the same time. Perhaps allow for booking using tablets to facilitate the process.

The Garden View Guestroom strictly allows 3 persons maximum. We understand the room size caters for more than 3, however, there is a Occupation Health and safety policy that the resort adhere to.
