✓ Friendly, helpful and efficient staff— clean —- enormous pool weak wifi in rooms , but that is no surprise as you are the middle of jungle. Good wifi in lobby. Overall, very good vibes .

✓ Nice hostel, really large property, pools and everything. It's honestly a pretty fancy hostel. The food is really good, staff were really accommodating.

✗ Just noise at night but expected at a sort of party hostel

Great location and social hostel

✓ Beautiful property very close to Semuc Champey, means you can visit without a tour. Food was Israeli and nice, pool area was fantastic with space to play volleyball and a swim up bar.

✗ Rooms were extremely hot without plugs next to the bed (for when the power is on). Toilets were dirty and blocked most of the time.

✓ I love how they created such a beautiful place in the middle of the jungle. The hostel is very social, well decorated, has cute pets, the bathroom is a pretty good size, there are pools, and at night it gets pretty quiet so you can sleep. Not as crazy of a party hostel as I thought it would be which is a good thing when you want to enjoy nature!

✗ The fact that we had to wait longer than I thought for the Greengo shuttle to leave...added extra time after a long journey to get there. But the hotel is deep in the jungle so understandable. I also wish the lady at the reception was kinder. She didn't have the warmth and the niceness you usually see at social hostels such as this one. I asked other travelers and they also felt the same way.

✓ The location is so perfect!! You are such a short walk to the Semuc as well as caves, waterfall, etc.

✗ The music blares on from 6am-12am. And It seems the same few staff members are working all of the hours? A friend asked for a mug of hot water and they wouldn't give it to her cause they wanted her to order tea from them. The staff is pushy. and it seems like the owner and staff are really trying to push it as a party hostel always trying to start drinking games and such which really isn't the vibe.
