✗ The A/C in our room was not working properly. Management was advised twice but nothing was done to correct the problem.

✓ This is a beautiful hotel, with very nice art on the walls and the corridors. The breakfast is excellent; the rooms are good.
✗ I had a bad experience to check in the rooms I made a reservation for; it took almost an hour. The manager called me later; she blamed her colleague, who was doing his very best. She should take here responsibilty!

✓ The location was really good! Also the breakfast :) workers are really nice and helpful.
✗ Is really noisy, and I had a problem with the Door of my room, it wasn' t opening but the workers help me to fix it and upgraded the room for me :)

Far from what you expect in a 4 star hotel, despite the effort of the staff.
✓ The staff is very friendly and the cleaners do what they can to keep everything clean on a daily basis. Air conditioning was brand new in the room 330.
✗ The accommodation is really outdated and the room smells like mold. There's mold in the bathroom that the cleaners try to eliminate with bleach unsuccessfully. Hence, there is a mix of mold and bleach smells in the room all the time. Wifi in the room is non-existent and the breakfast is total chaos. The hotel hosts events practically every night, including bands with loud music past 10pm and large groups of people who are not hotel guests transiting constantly in all hotel areas. The rooms are far from soundproof, so if you are not an early bird be sure to bring earplugs. If you are looking for a place to relax or work I would definitely not recommend this place.

✗ breakfast very bad, no vegetable! I was promised a room with an ocean view, unfortunately i stayed in a room with walled up windows. Beware of low floors! In addition, constant noise from the large outside air conditioner.
