✓ The staff were very attentive and polite.

✗ The hotel is very old, no care whatsoever to updating the hotel, room very very old looking and dirty, no iron and iron board in the room, breakfast was also a let down with the lack of options. the hotel in general looks messy and needs some TLC

Safe and comfortable

✓ The friendly atmosphere created by the hotel staff make the stay comfortable. They are very helpful especially when I have problems in communicating in Portuguese. It is walking distance to the sea beach and shopping area.

All you need!!

✓ all staff were polite, friendly and upfront. the hotel has excellent location, pharmacies and supermarkets close. inside the hotel you have a cute cafe with amazing sweets! The pool area was amazing, you can enjoy a Água de Coco by the pool! such a good environment, we would come back 100%!!

✗ We ordered room service a couple of times and all times each dish came wrapped with clean foil even the saches of olive oil, salt and vinegar were wrapped in plastic. It might be for hygiene reasons but we thought it was a waste of plastic. also, we booked a room with three single beds there was only a double bed, all was sorted at the end, they put an extra bed in the room and the double bed is quite big so was fine for 2 people but we would have preferes three beds as booked. We were offered to swap room and options were given.

Outdated. There is better value for money in town

✗ -Haven't seen a breakfast this messy in a while. -matrass is horrible and old (big dent in the middel) - 2 elevators + 1 service elevator for 15 floors of guests? I have spent more time waiting for the lift than in the breakfast room - Not cheap for the quality

Hmmm will I go again?

✓ The food available and the staff who served it were very good. The location and area around the hotel is an area I am a little familiar with as I have stayed in the area before.

✗ 1)Check in took some time and was a longer than expected process. This may be because of the virus, though I observed a lot of conversations with staff moving to the sides of reception to complete them(?); and no explanation to me for the time or process. 2)The bed was too firm. Which made for me being restless for some time before acheiving the desired sleep.

✗ The staff were very rude to me the entire time. None of my requests were attended. My TV was broken and nobody did anything about it. All my messages were ignored. The hall were my room were located didn’t have lights and during the night it was completely dark. Definitely a hotel that I’ll never go back to.
