✓ Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and there's filtered cold water to drink. Staff helped me set up a sim card, but it was $20! Nice welcoming family vibe. Good value for money.

✗ The window in the bathroom wouldn't close and it was open to the outside, so bugs got in. Windows along the top of the wall not covered by a curtain or blind, so very bright in the morning. We paid for some laundry to be done but when we started using the clothes they didn't appear to have been washed, maybe a mistranslation issue.

Wonderful helpful staff, good value

✓ Convenient to Dr Mac for computer issue. Near the buses. Very helpful and friendly staff, English speaking. Common space with books and good lighting. Good breakfast.

✗ There was a dog who moaned and barked. The lights stay on pretty late and lit my bedroom up through the curtains. There were homeless people sleeping on sidewalks in the area.

✓ The staff were the absolute best. Upgraded us to a nicer 4 bedroom where it was just us for two nights. They also helped us with laundry, booking a shuttle, booking a movie online and with ordering pancakes for breakfast when something else was being served.

✗ Only downside was in one of the bedrooms we moved into for the third night, the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable with old springs poking into you. It just made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep compared to a foam mattress.

Just outside the city centre, great value and great staff
