Spa weekend

✓ The pool and the quiet location.

✗ The fact none of the spa rooms were open yet the price/night remains the same. I stayed during the long bank holiday weekend in Dec 2021 and therefore it was very busy. Access to the pool was restricted.

Poor qualit

✓ Near to my destination ( wedding). Otherwise not much to recommend about this pla e except that the other options nearby are worse

✗ Bathroom cold tap ran warm, no toothglasses in bathroom, wide cut out at 12 midnight of thereabouts. The only available coffee/drinks were available from late afternoon from a shed in the garden. Staff were fairly un smiley. The cafeteria by reception was never open. They claim to be 4 star but I would give them 2 and a half.

Install screens on balconies . Anti mosquito lights in rooms and around the pool. I had a good stay.

✓ Pool was very nice. could have been warmer. THE PERSONNELL IN THE DAYTIME WERE EXTREMELY HELFFUL.

✗ person in the breakfast room was picking up the used dishes and then putting new ones on the table without washing his hands. Very, very bad during anytime, especially during pandemic. Air conditioning did not work very well. The night person did not help very much with that Too many flies and mosquitos.
