They treat you depending the social class they believe you are.
✓ The only thing that was well was the great and marvellous work of the cleanworkers. Another thing was the surrondings.
✗ The staff was rude with bad maners. The spa is nothing but quiet and calm. Nobody is silence anywhere and the staff dont worry about it.

Fabulous
✓ Nothing much has changed since 1863 date of the hotel opening and really that's what makes it such a wonderful place to stay. I overnighted on a long trip with my dog and both of us loved it. Comfortable bedding. Only thing: keep away from the restaurant in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful but the food is awful and expensive... very expensive for what you get. Breakfast was very nice. All in all a great experience and amazingly cheap for what you get
