✓ Clean linen, good location for sightseeing
✗ Didnt recieve the room my friend had booked. We clearly had booked a room with 2 beds and a balcony. And the booking confirmation to prove it... We were taken to a small room with no storage and no space no balcony but 2 beds squeezed it and a plastic cubicle in the middle of the room with the toilet!! We had a tv on the wall but unsuitable for us both to watch and the reception on tv was very bad. So very very disapointing, we were really looking forward to a room with a balcony! When we questioned the woman at reception she made a phone call but told us we needed to pay more for those rooms and we would have to cancel and rebook online??
Needless to say the good rooms stayed empty for the 4 days we were there....

✓ The location is amazing, right in center town and the balcony overlooking the main square is wonderful.
The bed was comfy & the place was clean and there's hot water.
✗ As the room is on the main square, there is a lot of noise coming from the bars & restaurants below until 12pm.

✓ Great value for the money. Right in the center close to many restaurants and bars.
✗ Loud music at night from bars/restaurants though it tend to stop after midnight-ish. Lukewarm shower at best. Little to no space to put our stuff.

✓ The bed, bathroom but the balcony was espectacular!!!! A fantastic view of the main square!!

✓ The location is in a calm and safe area but only a 2 min. walk from a lot of bars and restaurants and about 3 min. to the metro. Perfect!
The room was okay especially when you look at the price you pay for it. It is very cheap and the rooms are okay. I always sleep with earplugs so the noise the other guests made sometimes was pretty okay.
The householders are veeeery friendly and explained everything to us. Really kind. You also will have a place in the frigo and in a cupboard for you own food.
✗ It took some time till the water was warm enough for taking a shower. But this seems to be a general problem in Colombia I think so ;)
