✓ Breakfast NA. Location great.

✗ The amount shown on Booking site does not include facilities extra amount of COP 55,000. It create confusions and also the property does not have those facilities such as body lotion, shampoo, etc.

Thank you for your hospitality, but I don't want to stay there anymore.

✗ 1) They charged me 10% more than indicated in the reservation, allegedly for cleaning. But for the 2 days that I was there, cleaning was not. Additional fees must be specified in the description of the apartment 2) Very noisy!!! I could not work or sleep there. I understand that the place is in the center of town and there is a lot of traffic all day long, but I did not expect a disco until 12am every night right under my room. Maybe it's not a problem for some people, but I personally wanted to get out of there after the first night. 3) The kitchen was missing a towel and some appliances.

✗ Dirty, property wasn’t cleaned before arrival. bedsheets also looked dirty. staff informed some other guest took over my original booked apartment and left me with the corner noisy unit and that they couldn’t do anything by the time I arrived. Not happy about it.
