Excellent bedrooms and close to the beach.
✓ Enormous, well-furnished bedroom with very comfortable bed, within a couple of blocks of the beach.
✗ Air-conditioning unit in my bedroom seemed to be faulty, making an unusual amount of noise.

Would stay again but should have asked for a different room
✓ Location, breakfast and staff was fantastic. Room was spacious and lobby had comfortable seating.
✗ Loud and ineffective air conditioner made for poor nights trying to sleep. Sandy floor in bedroom.

✗ I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay at America Benidorme Hotel. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention as a loyal customer and as someone who values fair and transparent business practices. On May 23rd, I checked in at your hotel and was informed by the receptionist that there is a charge for baggage deposit before check-in. To my surprise, I was told that I had to pay a fee of 30reais for the storage of my baggage until my room was ready. This policy was not communicated to me prior to my arrival or during the booking process, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.

✓ My second stay here. Very conveniently located in Copacabana. Close to everything. Rooms are huge and well maintained. Very good breakfast served.
