Platinum Not Worth It

✓ The resort was really big, had lots of things to do. The staff mostly where very attentive and nice.

✗ Upgraded to Platinum and it is not worth it. We couldn’t tell the difference at all besides just the pool and room service. We had cold water to shower for must of our stay in the platinum building. Check out process was horrible, the lady that helped us took so long to check us out that we missed the cart twice and waited an additional 20 minutes for it. We planned to leave the resort at 10 and ended up leaving at 11. Buffet food had no taste and making reservations for the restaurants was so hard even with Platinum. I have stayed at smaller cheaper resorts with better food and better service.

✓ location to the sea, beach.

✗ the hotel has already since 2 years the same menu in the theme restaurants, as a returning guest a little bit disappointing, especially when you stay for a week. No renovations since a longer time

✓ Staff was very helpful and friendly. Upgraded to platinum upon check-in. Worth it for the service on the beach and the padded chairs! Resort was beautiful. Good variety of food. Ice cream for a snack option would have been amazing if it was for adults too. Drinks were delicious!

✗ Stayed in a room with pool entrance ages 13 and up, but there were younger kids in the area outside our room. Would've liked more entertainment to choose from both day and night. Tried to use kayaks and paddle boards 3 different days, but current was always too strong to be able to go out. Unplug your phone if you don't want to be woke up early every morning. Very hard to book reservations at restaurants, no availability.

✗ reception took 20 USD to give us room in a base floor. We were asked to come in 2 hrs. After 2 hrs we were given same room but neither receptionist nor 20 usd was returned back, we just lost 20 usd.....

Very relaxing stay.

✓ We had a Platinum room. Having our own lobby, bar and pool was amazing. Breakfast and lunch restaurant was close by. Plus we were the closest building to the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was plenty big enough for 3 people even with the very comfy roll away cot that was added to the room.
