✓ Very nice and helpful staff! Great beach, entertainment every day. Good location in Playacar, a safe, beautiful hotel territory with lots of vegetation. Decent drinks

✗ My room was very humid and had a weird smell because of this. Even the bedding was humid all the time. I was unable to regulate the room temperature with a thermostat and had to call for a technician. The pillows were stiff. Some food in the buffet was good, but personally, I feel like it's possible to cook something much better given the same ingredients.

I did excursions every day.

✓ The staff was exceptional. So nice, so attentive, so kind.

✗ Although the pools are large, they were full at all times. If you have kids and want to plant yourself with a beverage and watch them in shade, it's perfect.

I enjoyed the hotel even though the restaurants were always totally booked for dinner reservations.

✗ The water was hard on my skin. The room decor had a “Mexican Vibe” but was a bit outdated.

✗ The rooms are very out dated and sadly not very comfortable. There’s so much to do outdoors though so the place makes it worth it still for the price. But my heart did sink a little when I entered my room and it felt like a motel.

Very nice experience. The hotel has everything that you want for a relaxing stay in Mexico.

✓ Very good option in Playa del Carmen; location was excellent. We loved the beach. The food was good for an all inclusive as well as beverages; nice shows for entertaining in the nights; very clean areas and rooms have everything you need. It has good food in the restaurants but you need to make a reservation as soon as you arrive.

✗ The check-in counter could improve. They only have one person and we had to wait for a couple who spent 25 minutes to get checked-in and then we had another couple in front of us.

✓ Location was great and the entertainment staff was amazing!

✗ The food and the wifi was really bad. Barely ate the food on the resort and the wifi only worked in the common areas and it was in and out. Didn't work well in the room at all.
