Overall a nice enough stay but room for improvement.
✓ Access to pools, beaches, gym and buffet breakfast.
✗ The air conditioner had a damp smell. The beaches at the resort unfortunately had rubbish and the rubbish would float into the water and you just felt like you were swimming in rubbish.

nice stay for couple of days
✓ We liked the fact that there were 3 swimming pools . Adult only pool was fantastic. really good idea . Liked the private cove but not accessiblity. Small private beach.
✗ Difficult cove access for snorkelling . Expensive breakfast. Recetion staff referred us to the internet more than giving first hand advice.

✓ very nice hotel near the sea, beautiful views, great food, rooms are clean and comfortable.
✗ breakfast time could be a little bit earlier than 8:00.

Fabulous
✓ Great hotel, nice rooms, amazing beaches around. Quiet and family friendly. Very good breakfast with different choices every day. many good restaurants nearby. we also enjoyed show program every evening in the neighbour hotel Esmeralda.
✗ as weather was not so good outside pools were cold. It would be just perfect if one of the pools was heated.

amazing views
✓ Best thing about this hotel is location, beach is so beautiful and you can see the sea almost from everywhere. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is amazing, lots of choices and food is delicious. Overall, wonderful holiday, thank you!
✗ This is mostly a family hotel, so here you will see many families with children, I’m ok with that, but some members of our group found that there were too much kids. :))

Pleasant and relaxing stay
✓ the residence is very well organised and one can reach the city on foot (about 10 minutes walk)
✗ the mattress was not the most comfortable one. Plus we asked for new towels one day, we were told they would have been provided the day after but no one showed up.

✗ We couldn´t access the Spa of Inturotel Esmeralda. The reception told us we could but we could only book beauty treatments.

outside pools are open only the inside pool is closed for winter regards.
