✗ The wifi was always weak in my room. Using the safe was not included in the stay apparently that is an extra charge. Definitely not worth the price.

Good value for money, but not for solo travelers
✓ Hotel very well located, spacious and clean rooms. Meals served with great variety. Nothing to complain, my room was in a quiet area to sleep for the night. I definitely don't recommend it for singles as the vast majority were families with kids.
✗ Safety - Negative: at check-out time, all guests enter the room and place their suitcases. And when it's time to collect, each one removes their own suitcase. I found a lot of lack of security, in other hotels I went only employees receive the bags and provide us with a number, like any clockroom service. And only employees are responsible for removing the bag with the number provided. In today's world, leaving your suitcase can lead to something missing or even worse, like something being placed inside (like drugs) who knows? And then, how to prove it is not yours??? I really felt very unsafe and I believe the hotel would need to review how this service is provide ASAP. - I found it very inconvenient also, to have to pay for the safe box in the room. Unbelievable.
