I would definatly stay again. Great location
✓ Staff very helpful to deal with things that didn't go well. Complex very quiet. Lovely pool and little bar/kiosk. Location fantastic. Are clearly looking to improve this site which is already of a good standard.
✗ Was initially, without consultation located in sister complex over the road. This Apartment was very dated and nowhere near the same standard as the apartment booked. After complaint the following morning I was immediately relocated to my original booking. Unfortunately the door lock also broke on the bathroom to my apartment, leaving me trapped inside for 6 hours. Although hotel management were concerned about my wellbeing and were to make planning changes to all apartments this was not a pleasant experience. Given both of the above I, was surprised not to be offered some form of compensation, a credit for a future stay for example. Despite this, I would conclude to say I WOULD DEFINATELY recommend this complex and happily stay again.

✓ Wonderful location, comfortable apartment, very helpful and friendly staff, clean with change of bedlinen and towels as well as cleaning apartment and on top of that a heated pool and friendly bar.

✓ Loved the location, right on the beach and the coastal promenade. Lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Hi, we almost don't have guests with dogs here in the hotel. And if guests travel with dogs, they are small dogs. They are not allowed to bring them at the pool or in the gardens. For the moment we don't have guests with dogs for this period.

Yes, the 1-bed apartments have a walk-in shower and the 2-bed apartments have a bath tub and walk-in shower. We have english channels BBC1, BB1, Channel 1, ITV,....

i need ground floor
it depends which category you want. The 1 bedroom are on ground floor to the pool but this is like minus 1 floor from the main street. The 2 bedroom are on the 1st floor which from the main street is ground floor. Kind regards Michael Director
