✓ Room was beautiful. great kitchen with everything you need. bed was very comfortable. Pool was great.
✗ shower needed a deep clean. also balcony wasn’t cleaned enough. need to improve showers by the pool

✓ The complex, I though was in a good location. it also seemed to be very well run. It was clean and seemed very quiet at most of the time. ( only noisy when the children were playing in the pool )
✗ The reception does contact you by phone, through WhatsApp. which is good has long as you have good Wi-fi connection on your phone. If you haven't you might miss their instructions, where your room is and where the key is.

✓ Fantastic staff.....they went out of their way to be helpful. Very relaxed & clean. Great breakfasts & locker room & showers for the last day if your flight is a long time after check out.
✗ Wifi was terrible (on phone, laptop & tablet) despite getting the wifi extender from reception....I need it for work, so it was an issue

Hello, the pool is heated during winter, usually between November and March. From April to October, the weather used to be warm enough and there is no need for heating, but we are flexible about it.

Our check-out time is 12h we offer late check-out depending on the next guests arrival time. We do have availability for one-bedroom apartment but we cant 100% guarantee as it depends on the guests allocation. We will do our best to arrange it!
