β Love everything about this place! Make sure if you're using the free airport shuttle, you check the times it runs before you book your flight! Darren added my WeChat before I arrived and was able to help answer all of my questions and concerns in English. I've stayed here twice now, wonderful Hainan getaway right on the beach and feels good!

prob the worst Westin i've ever stayed at
β the service was just horrendous. 1. I was waiting for the room to be ready for more than 30 minutes,(it was after 2pm) 2. one guy at the surfing centre was just awful. So i went there to rent a surfing board and this guy obviously wanted to sell courses to me. I told him no and just need board, he was very rude and asked me to show him a video of me surfing as a proof?? i had to tell him hey i was here the day before and had already rented once and he can check their record. 3. Took forever to get a drink at the bar in the lobby, and the second drink we ordered didn't even come. 4. bad breakfast, overcooked pasta
