✓ Good location, 11 mins from city center in Uber and 15.mins from airport. They offer 2 late check outs , 2pm and 5pm. Breakfast was good.

✗ The pillows are flat when u lay on the them.the tv was in Spanish. Need English subtitles

Good option in San Jose if you are here for an event in the Convention Centre

✓ Comfortable beds, nice outdoor pool, shop with coffee and chocolate on spot (prices approximately the same as in duty-free), genuinely cheerful staff Conveniently located 10 minutes drive from the Convention Centre and around the same driving time to the city centre

✗ Unless you book a room with a balcony, windows can't be open at all, which was quite annoying to me Generally, hotels in Costa Rica seem to be somewhat below the standard: 4 stars in Costa Rica is like 2 stars in Poland, let's say, and the cleaning standard could be better too Though rooms are normally spacious, and for some reason, double rooms feature two rather big double beds Rooms have a coffee making machine but unfortunately, no electric kettle/tea making facility which was somewhat strange

✓ Food choices are good, I would like more options of healthy food, such as simple unsweetened oatmeal, cheerio, and boiled eggs.

✗ There is no fridge in the room. A space is clearly available, but Holiday Inn did not put it into the room when they remodeled it.

✗ The hotel is undergoing some reconstruction on several parts of the hotel, so it's kind of noisy The room right next to mine was in reconstruction, so during the day time, you can certainly hear the noises and smells the dust. I think they shouldn't sell that room at all, they hould just lock it in the system. I stayed 4 nights in that room. The bathtub has no bath plug Breakfast is a little expensive and too simple
