World Congres in Rhodes
✓ The hotel is very beautiful and spacious. My room was very cozy and clean. I had a wonderful sea view. The bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked without restrictions. Breakfast was excellent and varied, fresh fruit and juice every day. The staff was everywhere very professional and nice - in the restaurant, maids, porter and receptionist as well. At the reception, they helped me to rent a scooter, they organized everything. The pools were beautiful with crystal clear water. I was very staisfied.

✓ Everything was fabulous but Giergio (the restaurant manager) went above and beyond and a special thanks to him.
✗ One thing we didn’t like were the women’s showers at the pools as they need updating.

Our pools(indoors/outdoors) are currently open. Our rooms include refrigerator,that maintain the item's temperature.Mini fridge can be found in the back office of our reception to keep your medicines cold or at the restaurant.

Sunbeds & umbrellas are free for the hotel guests and pool/beach towels can be provided by our Sheraton Spa. Kids club is also available for our little guests to keep them amused. Children above 4yo should be accompanied by their parents.

Our resort offers kids club for free , where children should be accompanied if less than 4 years old. Our colleague does not provide daycare. Babysitting services can be arranged by our Front desk, for 15euros per hour, up to 2 children.

Our resort provides daily cleaning service and towels & amenities replacement. Linen is changed every 3rd day. Iron & ironing board should be requested, as well as the rest of the above referred items.
