Comfortable and quiet stay at Citadines Kleber

✓ This particular location follows Citadines family credo: comfortable, ergonomically well designed suites that make your stay comfortable and welcome. The location is very good: on a quiet street right is the historical city centre and 10 min walk from the train station.

✗ The reception staff is very impersonal on the border with neglectful: they simply don’t notice you, never smile and never make attempts to help or even ask if they can help. I find it different from the other Citadines locations I’ve stayed at.

Efficient hotel in city centre

✓ Clean and efficient hotel on a quiet street in the centre of town. Rooms have a decent kitchenette with fridge, en suite shower room, desk with several sockets (yes!), comfortable bed with good lighting. Most rooms are quiet although avoid those near the lift (floor announcements are audible). Staff were friendly and welcoming, free tea and excellent coffee offered in the lobby, attractive photos of the city. Everything is a short distance away and some nice cafes/restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood, which feels safe and is mostly pedestrianised.

✗ There is no air-conditioning although an effective fan is provided. The hotel, although nicely furnished in a minimalist way, lacks character and apart from the corridor photos could be anywhere in the world.

Perfect hotel in good location in strasbourg!

✓ Very good location was perfect and the employees are very polite. The room is very spacious and with a kitchen! The room was very clean. The parking is beneath the hotel which is very nice. It costs 15 eur. But it’s totally worth it.

Overall good space and location for 4 people!

✓ Shared room with my daughter and 2 friends. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, and open-up beds were easy to open and comfortable. We were able to get decent coffee and tea from the cafeteria, which was nice in the morning. Staff was friendly and location was good.

✗ Windows overlooked a terrace that had garbage on it (a slipper, a sock) that made the view unpleasant and feel slightly unsafe since anyone could climb up to it and enter room easily through large windows. No air-conditioning of any kind, but luckily it wasn’t so hot. The fans were helpful, but one of the rooms was just big enough for a large bed, and the placement of the outlet made it difficult to put the fan in a good place to use properly.
