✓ This hotel is exceptional , we stayed in the cottage which is incredibly comfortable with everything you need , our friends stayed in the hotel and loved it . Staff were amazing especially Debbie who couldn’t do enough for us !! Can’t wait to return and thank you

Nice relaxing break, lovely High Street with interesting shops. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff
✓ welcoming, comfortable, great breakfast and evening meals on offer.
✗ The room was on the 3rd floor of the hotel, which meant you had to remember everything before leaving your room and not a room for people unsteady on their feet, or who tire easily.

Great stay poor drinks waiter
✓ It was smart, clean and the food was good. Well located hotel.
✗ The head drinks waiter did not know the drinks menu and started to guess which whisky or sweet wines they served rather than checking the bottles for us. It was very frustrating.
