✓ I stayed in apartment number three for one night. The apartment is small but tastefully decorated and very clean. I think it is perfect for one person, maybe a little tight for two. There was everything I needed for a short stay. Parking is a little walk away, but that didn’t bother me because I didn’t have much luggage to carry.

✓ Brilliant location right in the centre of Birmingham. Easy check-in and friendly staff. The apartment was immaculate, very well appointed with everything you could need. White Company toiletries were a nice touch.
✗ The beds are very small and it was noisy but that’s what you expect for a prime location - bring some ear plugs!
✓ How stylish and close it was to everything.
✗ Third party parking was a hassle. Make sure you make an account with the third party to easily pay the fees.

✓ I was late checking in, so was sent a door code to use with a mobile phone app. I was a bit concerned in case anything went wrong, but it worked very well. The property is beautiful, art deco style and the room was clean and comfy with great facilities.

✗ Additional terms being added like the security deposit and age restrictions that were unmentioned on Booking.com. While this was fine for us, please be upfront about additional terms and restrictions in future.
✓ Modern, clean apartments in the city centre. Close to everything, very safe van only access with key card. Nice decor. Would definitely stay here again was perfect for our girls weekend!
✗ Lack of washing up liquid / sponge, kitchen was pretty bare in terms of pans, utensils. There was no air con and fans were poor it was very hot.
There are meter parking spaces on the street outside, and disabled parking spaces just around the corner on Bennetts Hill
