✓ Great location, night market is right outside of the hotel. Spacious room, clean, very comfortable. Great place to stay after long flight.

✓ Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel looks great. It is well situated. The breakfast is ok. More variety of tea and hot chocolate would be welcome.
✗ The bathroom lights are terrible for anyone that wants to do their make-up or shave.

Overall good except room temperature especially in the night.
✗ Temperature was set up by the hotel, it couldn't be controlled individual room. It was cold in the night. Hotel provided extra blanket but it was not comfortable.

✗ 1. lack of refreshments (only tea bags and drip coffee, no milk, sugar, other snacks or drinks)! 2. heating (the room was hot as the temp was fixed at 25 deg!)

✓ the location was very good next to the cathedral and the street food and walking distance to many of the sights. The design of the lobby etc are very nice
✗ The rooms are quite small and the carpet needs changing.

✓ Location , size of the room, ease of check in and out, Wi-Fi, proximity to shops
✗ The lack of coffee/tea options and they offered no milk or sugar nor snacks/drinks which I found v strange. They only had drip coffee which was terrible. Opposite was Starbucks and so I never bothered with the hotel breakfast.
