Nice location and spacious view suite
✓ It was very spacious and clean. We could see from the large windows a great view of Seoul. And the location was great to go dine out and tour. The staffs were very nice and friendly.
✗ There’s no conditioner provided and upon asking, I was told that it’s not included. In the lobby, there’s a sign that there’s no calling taxi service. The booklet in the room says there’s a shuttle bus service to nearby attractions, but the service was no longer an option. They should have updated the booklet from the amenities so there’s no expectation.

✗ Once I wanted the hotel front to call a taxi for Myondon for my old parents, but they don’t do it because they could call a taxi for the airport only.

✗ There was an unexpected "pest control" visit without any previous announcement over the phone or in written, just ringing at the door and asking whether it is OK to do a check. This felt like an intrusion of privacy.

Breakfast Staff Very Friendly, Spacious Room, Perfect Location for Seoul
✓ The second time at Orakai was quite different. Although the location is great, this time a few things did not work out as they should have been. We appreciated very much the staff at the breakfast, always very friendly and polite. The hotel seemed very full and maybe this is the reason of a few troubles we had the last days. Despite them, it is still a very good choice to explore Seoul, so still recommended.

It was fine overall. The room is spacious. While it isn’t sparkling new, everything still works properly.
✓ Close to everything in Insadong. It was easy to get to and get out quickly to explore.
✗ It felt old and a bit dirty inside. Even after the cleaning, the hotel felt old and dirty. We found a couple of stains on our bed sheets and pillows.
