Great location and helpful staff.
✓ The location for what I required was perfect. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to answer my questions.
✗ Room advertised as having air conditioning. This did not work but there was a very noisy fan. Windows would not stay up so staff member responded and came with something to prop the window open. Automatic tap in bathroom kept turning off before I was finished and the water temperature readjusted automatically. Really difficult to get cold water.

Staff amazing - couldn't do enough to help.
✓ Staff couldn't have been more helpful! I asked for a room with a bath and they confirmed immediately. Someone arrived to provide a room heater within literally 2 minutes and someone else came to help with the TV control (my ineptitude!) again within 2 minutes. Bed was bliss, bath filled in 5 minutes. Despite being a busy pub I never heard any noise.
✗ No fridge in room. Bathroom products weren't complimentary.

Hi There, The room alone would cost £129 a night, with breakfast that would be £154 a night. It would cost an additional £15 per dog for your stay. Just to double check, did you mean Tuesday 30th? Or Wednesday 31st? Many Thanks Helen
