Pleasant Stay

✓ The staff were pleasant and helpful. Had EV charging available.

✗ Parking was a bit of a challenge.

Aerodrome

✓ Friendly and helpful staff,

✗ Room was adequate but unbelievably hot, a fan and air con unit were provided but made little difference. Staff friendly and helpful. Not a great impression with lots of people stood at entrance smoking, had to walk through a cloud of smoke which was not pleasant

✗ The room was far to hot even with the window open. Could not take a shower as the temperature control did not work properly.

Disappointing stay unfortunately

✓ Location was good for me, as close to family I was visiting. The lounge/bar area, although I didn't use it as I was travelling alone, it was clean and spacious and looked a good area to use.

✗ Unexpected car park charges. My room looked onto 4 walls and a small roof, so I felt very enclosed and water was dripping onto the roof all night long, so not a great sleep. The room was small and stuffy, not really that comfortable. Also no hairdryer, but I did collect one from reception. I felt it was overpriced for the room night had. Staff were a bit hit and miss, one lady was lovely though.

✓ Ideal location. Only issue was scaffolding around the building which prevent opening your windows for ventilation.

All in all expect for the carpet it was good vamue for money an pleasant place to stay.

✗ The carpet in the room was awful. Stains all over it. Brown and yellow ones. Was terrible. Had to keep my shoes on and by the bed to go the toilet because i didn’t want to bare foot it on the stains
