Exceptional
✓ Perfectly situated between the harbour and the main town, overlooking the beautiful Playa Dorada beach. The hotel interior is spectacular and a joy to wander about (each time I’m there I find something new). Outdoor pool areas are beautifully maintained. The room / suite (can feel a little dark and dated) was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and professional.
✗ Nothing to dislike. Have been a few times now and I’ll definitely return (can be a little pricey for a sole traveller but it is 5 star).

Great hotel in lovely location an ideal base for your family holiday or a business stay.
✓ Breakfast was good and lots of options for food and more than 1 restaurant to choose from which was great.
✗ The Pool was slightly annoying as you had to get up early to secure a bed which was not what I was expecting from a 5 Star Hotel.

Exceptional
✓ My mother and I had a wonderful stay. The location is brilliant and even though it’s a big resort, it’s so well designed that you never feel like there’s too many people or that it’s too crowded. The staff were very helpful and the pools and spa are lovely. Comfy beds and great breakfast with lots of healthy options. Also great restaurant options within the resort, so we tended to eat here most nights. Would certainly come again.

The room do not automatically dispose of ironing facilities, but you could ask for them when you arrive. You could also use the laundry service of the Hotel. There is a bag in all rooms where you can leave your clothes in to be washed and/or ironed.

Our hotel and restaurants are opened all year. Our Kikoland is for all children aged 0-16 years. There is also a mini-club (indoor play-area) for children under 8 years. Our other service: Baby Kikoland is a crèche for babies from 4 to 35 months.
