✓ The location was the only good thing. I had so many problems in the first few hours, abs the proper res was appalling. I phoned Booking.com and only then did something happen

✓ Loved the location nice & quiet & near enough to all amenities . Villa was well equipped.

✗ Fridge freezer didn't work for the whole week & emailed twice & no one replied which was very disappointing . Nothing stayed cold !!!!!

✓ location is excellent. short walk to main area of Playa Blanca one way, equally short walk to the harbour the opposite direction. spotlessly clean. well equipped kitchen.

✗ the beds were quite uncomfortable and really need new mattresses.

✓ Wonderful to have your own private pool. Communication from host was excellent. Very close to Playa Blanca (approx 10 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, beach).

✗ A little dated inside, could do with renovating, but still it was very clean and I didn't spend much time inside anyway. No washing up liquid and soap provided so be sure to bring your own. Apart from that, evening was perfect.

✓ Having stayed at the property previously, I knew what to expect. There was everything we needed for our stay. We had a leak in the bathroom but, after a quick phone call, the handyman arrived a short time later to sort the problem. As we had to go out, he later rang to update us re the repairs.

✗ Just needs a bit of updating and maybe a small light over the key box to help see the numbers when returning at night, but that is being very picky
