✗ living room television in room 328 requires maintenance twice in order to turn on. it took 4-5 steps on the remote to just turn it on and these steps were not written down as instructions anywhere in the room.

✓ staff great, Lorenzo from maintenance helped me out several times, the guys Tim and Pablo were so great with transportation to downtown in the slopes and so helpful. Close to grocery store, I walk to it. It was just a nice half mile walk. appreciate coffee, etc. in lobby.
✗ Rooms were cold, definitely needed to use the space heater.

✗ I think that it is time for room refresh now. nothing was touched for 5 days- new towels, beds made, kitchen cleaned or garbage taken out. it was a very dark parking area. we didn’t have consistent WiFi throughout the day.

The bunk beds are in their own nook connected to the main room. There is no door separating the space. They are not in the bedroom.
