✓ Convenience to everything, free shuttle, friendly staff
✗ The mattress needs replaced, I used multiple pillows to level the mattress
✓ Excellent resort with very nice facilities.
✓ The room was very nice and clean. Almost to big for only two people. Nice bathroom with a very good shower. The kitchen was perfect. The best thing is the good accessibility to the ski resort. Just a few meters from the first gondola.
✓ The Service was first class. The location was awesome. The ski valet was really handy even though the room was 100 feet from the gondola. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I really like the steam room shower.
✗ Nothing was lacking.
✓ Condo was great! Family of 5 for 2 bedroom perfect. Balcony and fireplace was nice in room. Spa was amazing! Newly remodeled. Aloha sports in hotel was convenient for ski and snowboard rentals. Hotel Concierge which had the skis ready by gondola was great. Walking around village convenient. Complimentary Hotel shuttle to Downtown Park City convenient.
✗ Didn’t know about “secret pool” and hot tub by Bison elevator until last day. It was amazing and easier to get to and less crowded than the main pool.
✓ This hotel/condo was much better than I anticipated- it is well decorated, offers ski valet to the gondola, although we didn’t really needed it bc its literally 30 seconds walk. We rented the skis from Aloha store which is in the building so it was very convenient. The place offers a heated pool, a sauna, kids play room. The team was very friendly and welcoming, we were able to do early check-in and save our bags until the flight late at night.
✗ The way it’s built is slightly confusing with several parts that each is connected at a different floor, so it takes some time to orient and you need several elevators to get from the room outside.
✓ The room, amenities, cleanliness, hospitality of the owners of the unit.
✗ More places to eat breakfast. There we’re almost not Gf options for a quick breakfast or meal from the market. The system to drop off/pick up skis and books wasted a lot of energy and ski time.
✓ Very well appointed. Very clean, bathroom looked new with steam shower that was great after a ski day.
✗ There were not any coffee cups. The foldout table has water spots and several areas missing stain that can likely be fixed using something like: Guardsman Water Mark Remover Cloth - Erase White Rings & Haze Caused By Moisture and Heat - Reusable - 405200 https://a.co/d/0WZYmhg.
The two-bedroom suite is indeed all on one level

Any 1-bedroom unit or larger has a full kitchen with an oven. The Deluxe Studio unit has a kitchenette that only has a stovetop with no oven.
Hi, You indeed have access to all of the amenities located at the Westgate including the hot-tub and sauna. Spa services, such as massages must be booked seperately. Thanks.
Hi, All ski tickets must be purchased directly through the resort site. We do not have any discounts available.
Hi, You are able to park 1 card per bedroom you have rented. It is a covered parking structure and it's accessed using your room key. We are indeed ski-in/ski-out, walkable to the lifts at the Canyons Plaza. It's maybe about 100 yards to the lift.
You can indeed ski Park City Mountain with the Epic Pass. You can store your luggage at the bell desk after checkout if you'd like. Thanks.
Hi, We do not offer a shuttle service to/from the airport. Thanks.
Hi, We are located at the Canyons village, not Park City Mountain village. It's about an 8-mintue drive to Park City ski-base.
