Great Bkk stay
✓ Great location at MBK with easy access to other great shopping centres, restaurants and transport. Large, modern room, comfortable bed. I liked having filtered water in the room on tap! I loved the pool and the gym - which is one of the best equipped hotel gym I have visited.The concierge team were always very friendly.
✗ The limited choices of English channels on the tv. A comedy channel would be appreciated!

If you like large hotels near the shopping center of Bangkok, this is the place for you!!
✓ The staff were all very friendly, professional and efficient. As we were staying for several days, and working often from the room, I ordered suites, and found them very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offers a very wide range of foods. The location, though not in my favorite part of Bangkok, will be superb for most people: in the MBK Center, within easy walking from the Siam Center and Siam Paragon. Cherry on top of the cake: right next to a BTS station, which is a must in Bangkok
✗ The hotel really doesn't have many drawbacks, and my "complaints" have more to do with my personal taste than with the place itself: location and size. I prefer the older and more charming parts of the city, like the Silom area and don't like large hotels. But that is me, and anyone who likes big hotels will love this one! The only minor complaint I had was one I have in most hotels: when doing laundry, why do most hotels ask if you want it folded and then bring it to you on hangers?? A mystery...
