Felt Great.
✓ The staff was super cheerful and helpful, Breakfast (ex-lounge) had the freshest foods every day, the location with great view and just beside the Icon Siam mall is really enjoyable.

✓ I had a great time during my 12 days stay in this hotel. My room had a nice view of the river and it was super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing...I could get Cha Thai every morning. :)
✗ I had only a minor problem in the shower. Some days there was not really hot water in the shower, but in the bath tube was ok.

This hotel had everything that we require in a place to stay.
✓ LOVED THE POOL and the facilities - usually we have stayed in places with a pool but there is no drinks bar or it is always closed. so nice and refreshing to have this facility at the pool. Love the fact the pool has a cover over to protect from the sun. love the bean bags

✓ Very clean and spacious room. I like the breakfast spread too. Very kind and friendly staff as well. I arrived in the morning and they checked me in even though the check-in time is supposed to be in the afternoon. Thank you!

Following the Thai Government's announcement, our rooftop bar and lounge, as well as swimming pool, health club and spa, are closed. We currently serve our buffet breakfast at Executive Lounge on Level 31 until further notice.
