Would have rated 8 but for the lack of common sense of the two senior hotel managers

✓ Check in counter Joyce.

✗ On 3/10, at 0945, the connecting escalator was under maintenance. The two floor managers did not check that elderly hotel guests had to carry their big luggage and walk down the other escalator! I highlighted to the two of them as they were standing n chatting to each other (pls dont ask them but see the cctv footage). I started with, do you know one escalator is under maintenance? One of them immediately said, ya, they just started! Lol! I would not have taken time to write if she had asked, how can I help you. I mentioned elderly walking down escalator with huge luggages, n why didnt they do something? She said, ya i know, my reception told me. I said I approached them because after reception reported to them, they continued standing there talking!!

Loved it, would recc if you’re coming w friends or family. Just make sure to bring mosquito repellent.

✓ Super big bed, spacious, comes w a balcony to feel the cold breeze.

✗ Lots of mosquitoes after the first night, unsure why but all goods

Great experience staying at the hotel, would return again.

✓ Room was spacious enough, provided with sufficient essentials and service provided by staffs were great.

✗ There was no door for the toilet.

✗ Quite far from the parking. Not convenient if bring elderly.

✗ At night there are a lot of motorcycles noises, the do not turn of engines. Buses noise too.
