comfort and relax
✓ The environment and cleanliness of the room . overall was really satisfied.
✗ one of staff told me we can check in by 2pm but in the end the other staff said that we can only check in by 3pm . customer service can be improve as in let us check in earlier as we arrive feeling too tired.

✗ The access to the hotel parking lot needs proper signage and coverage from rain. There’s construction going on so it kinda ruin the view.

✓ The room was spacious and lovely.
✗ The hotel was slightly far from the main Genting attraction. However, the shuttle bus provided by the accommodation helped. However, if you plan to stay late at the main Genting Skyworld area, you would probably need to take grab/taxi back to the hotel.

wish it could be nearer to the tourist attraction
✓ the check-in was smooth. room tidy, spacious and comfortable. bed super large. breakfast food okay
✗ the location is far from the tourist attraction. not walking distance. the hotel provided shuttle however during non-peak time, the shuttle does not really on time and we have to wait for it quite sometime. the hotel doesnt provide the parking. need to pay 20++ for 24H
